We value your time, therefore we strive to stay on schedule at all times. You may expect to be seen on time except for emergency situations. In return, we ask that you extend us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we request 48 hours advance notice. This will allow time for another patient in need of care to be seen. Office hours are available by appointment only:

Monday	8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday	7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday	8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Dr. Karr and Dr. Hardee are available to patients of record for after hours emergencies. They can be paged twenty-four hours a day by calling 806-352-2800. Our call routing system enables you to immediately page Dr. Karr or Dr. Hardee.
